We did extensive searches online for a popcorn machine. I ordered and returned the really cheap ones because they didnt come with a cart. My wife wanted the old time look of the cart. Needless to say, I gave in and upgraded to the real tempered glass doors type machine. This appears to be well worth it! The construction is solid and the feel of the glass and metal is far better than plexi or something of the sort. The machine works well, my only issue is that it creates a lot of unpopped kernels. It seems as if the kettle is too shallow or the poping is so rapid in there that 1/4 of the popcorn comes out unpopped. Although a minor waste, the machine and corn from it is excellent. Id recommend it to anyone. We have it in our Garage where the neighborhood kids come and eat afternoon popcorn snacks almost daily!

This product is great- one big problem though- the front main piece with the name of the item, etc is dented and creased- looks like it happened awhile ago, not like it is a new dent/crease. That is frustrating. Why send me a defective product! So fun conceptually but dented? Kind of put a dent in Santa's gift.
